Maintain data integrity by following established data entry procedures and protocols.

Organize and maintain data files and records in a systematic and easily accessible manner.
Generate reports and summaries as required, ensuring data accuracy and presentation clarity.
Provide backup support for data entry operations, maintaining workflow continuity during peak periods or unexpected absences.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Data Entry tools.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to follow complex instructions and maintain a consistent work pace.
