Responsibilities
Develop and conduct research on sociological issues, including social inequality, social change, and social institutions.
Design and implement research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Write research reports, journal articles, and other scholarly publications.
Present research findings at conferences and professional meetings.
Collaborate with other sociologists and social scientists.
Mentor and supervise graduate students.
Must Have
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology or a related field.
Proven track record of research in sociology.
Strong knowledge of sociological theory and research methods.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
