Short summary of the job: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing administrative staff, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and coordinating office events. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain supplies and equipment.

  • Coordinate events, such as meetings, conferences, and parties.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

  • Provide general administrative support to all departments.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
